Before we get into minutia about this record, let's just say that at the time of this record's release in 1998, Brian Wilson and his wife spent part of the year living in St. Charles, Illinois. Yes. That is just insane.

This is a Record Store Day reissue from 2026. The record itself was a bit of a comeback for Wilson with producer Joe Thomas. One of his first shows in his return to performing was at the Norris Center in St. Charles. The record includes Your Imagination, South American, I Cry, Dream Angel, Keep An Eye on Summer, and other great tracks. "South American" features Jimmy Buffet.
