A fine release from 12-string guitar virtuoso Leo Kottke. "Burnt Lips" was originally released in 1978. This includes songs written by Kottke himself like "Voluntary Target", "Frank Forgets", and "Sand Street". Also includes some nice covers of Nick Lowe (Endless Sleep) and Bob Dylan (Cool Water). A regular performer at the Woodstock Opera House in Woodstock, IL. He has also performed locally at the Hemmens Cultural Center right here in Elgin.
