Record Store Day
Record Store Day 2026!!!
Yes, we ordered several Taylor "Elizabeth Taylor" 7" singles!
Our Record Store Day orders have been submitted! Thanks for all your requests! We had an overwhelming response and we ordered everything that was requested. Here's the rub, as most of you know, with limited pressings of each item (some have 750 or less copies pressed!) the shops do NOT always get the quantities they ordered. In some cases, they don't get any. In the spirit of that Limited Quantities thing we cannot reserve/hold any items for you. So your "request* does NOT guarantee you will get the record(s).
We have no idea how many of each items we will get but we will post *our list* of RSD inventory by 6pm Thursday April 16th. The List will be posted to this page and we'll link it to our socials.
~ The people have spoken, well, maybe 3 of you, and we will continue with "First Come, First Serve" basis (as opposed to a lottery system) before we open at 8am on RSD. Hopefully, we'll have enough of each item per demand that you won't have to get here too early. We'd rather you not sleep over, tbh.
~ Per usual, ONE ITEM of each TITLE per person/party. You can buy more than one record but not multiple copies. Don't give the person behind you money to buy another copy either, I mean, c'mon.... Obviously we can't police that, we'll just say you're *that guy*. Don't be that guy. We want as many people as possible to get a shot at some of these.
Everyone is always super cool in line; it's great energy, vibes, and camaraderie. This is why we will stick with "First Come, First Serve". Thanks and good luck!
Thanks for your support and biz over these last 15+ years of being in business. RSD and BFRSD are our favorite events not just from a business standpoint, but there’s always a great camaraderie, energy, and vibes about the shop the entire day..
Thanks for your continued support on the other days not named Record Store Day. Here's a look at titles we have remaining from previous Record Store Day's!! Check the list! Certain titles (not ALL of them!) are marked down 20%. Also, check the Record Store Day TAB in our header for titles you can buy from our site.

Consolers of the Lonely - Raconteurs
- Label: Third Man Records
What was once a "white whale" for many record collectors can now be had without maddening searches of early pressings. They've finally repressed Raconteurs Consolors of the Lonely. A 3-panel gatefold and elaborate two record set. It's their second release and if you are looking at it from Jack White's oeurve, it's one of his best. Includes Salute Your Salutions, Caroline Drama, Old Enough, The Switch and the Spur, Five on Five, and others. The Raconteurs are: Patrick Keeler, Brendan Benson, Jack White, Jack Lawrence. We can talk Jack White all you want, but it's really Benson with the secret "X-Factor" that really makes this record pop, as in standout, but "pop" as in "Pop Music" works too. We order these directly from Third Man Records, so idk, that's kinda cool, right?
Akuma No Uta - Boris
- Label: Third Man Records
The fifth album by the incomparable Japanese band, Boris. Originally released in 2003 this is the Third Man Records reissue of the experimental rock bands classic release. They may not be a household name in the stoner rock, noise rock, sludge rock circles, but maybe they should be.
Get Behind Me Satan - White Stripes
- Label: Third Man Records
Matthew 16:23 "Jesus turned and said to Peter, 'Get behind me Satan!'"
Yes, the title of the White Stripes fifth record pays a little homage to the Temptation of Jesus from the book of Matthew. Originally released in 2005 this White Stripes record was the one that added more piano, marimba, acoustic guitar, and other sounds while still keeping that garage-y feel that we all know and love. Includes My Doorbell, Blue Orchid, The Denial Twist, Take Take Take, and others. It was Rolling Stone's third best album of the year. You're on your own looking up which were 1 and 2. GBMS also won a Grammy for Best Alternative Record. For years, this was the only White Stripes record not released on vinyl. It finally got released with a special edition on Record Store Day (This is NOT that record) before finally getting widespread vinyl production, which is this record.
Southern Rock Opera - Drive By Truckers
- Label: Lost Highway Records
This 2001 release from the Drive By Truckers ranks as one of the best albums of the year, if not the decade. Modern day southern rock that really caught on with a very strong word of mouth buzz. A conceptual record of an amalgam of topics that include southern rock, Skynyrd, Neil Young, segregation, stereos, road cases, and Gov. George Wallace. This is a two disc set (Act I and Act II) and if you have it on CD, digital or have streamed it, we think you need a vinyl copy as well. The album artwork was done by Wes Freed. The entire record is great, there's no filler at all, a shop favorite.
AstroWorld - Travis Scott
- Label: Epic Records
Astroworld is the third studio album by rapper Travis Scott The album features guest vocals from Kid Cudi, Frank Ocean, Drake, The Weeknd, James Blake, Swae Lee, Gunna, Nav, 21 Savage, Quavo, Takeoff, Juice Wrld, Sheck Wes and Don Toliver, among others. Production was handled by multiple producers, including Mike Dean, Allen Ritter, Hit-Boy, WondaGurl, Tay Keith, Tame Impala, Frank Dukes, Sonny Digital and Thundercat.
Lucero Unplugged - Ben Nichols & Rick Steff
- Label: Liberty & Lament Records
Listening to Ben play the stripped down music from the band feels like looking at something so beautiful, you can hardly take gazing at it. Rick’s accomplishments raise the vocals from Ben with depth that only Rick can deliver. A lifetime of music oozes from Rick in each note and nod of his head, wait for the goosebumps. These songs are some of the bands best, giving them each space here allows them to develop in a space that allows us to breathe them in more gently. -L Wright
Separation Sunday (20 Year Anniv) - The Hold Steady
- Label: Thirty Tigers
The 20 year anniversary of arguably their best record, "Separation Sunday". Stories of faith, redemption, Catholics, and Hoodrats, to name a few things. Outstanding imagery in the stories and Minneapolis references abound. The original release is completely remastered and also includes second record of demos, unreleased songs, and live versions of tunes from the Virgin Digital Sessions. Includes the never before released 212 Margarita. A sharp looking gatefold package, this set includes complete lyrics as well as the original cover photo taken by guitarist Tad Kubler and then the same photo 20 years later.
Palpitations - Laurel
- Label: Communion Records
2024 release from the London-based British musician Laurel. It's her second studio record. This set includes 45 Degrees, Burning Up, Change, Coming Back For More, Deathwish, and others. Find this in our New Vinyl rack or just order it from our site now! You'll be redirected to your own PayPal account where you can check out from there. A modest shipping/handling charge will be added and we ship next biz day. Thanks!!
Like A Puppet Show - Sandro, Malkovich, Alexandrakis
- Label: Cryogenia
Surreal if not completely bizarre release by Sandro Miller, John Malkovich, and Eric Alexandrakis. Sandro is an Elgin native and an Elgin High Graduate. He stopped by to sign a few copies of these records (see above photo) so we could have them in the shop. Spoken word performances by Malkovich with music accompianment by the likes of Sean and Yoke Lennon, OMD, Cranberries Delores O'Riordan, Ric Ocasek, and others. You really have to hear it to believe it. Sandro was involved with most of the photos. Follow him in instagram at sandro_film.
Pickin Up the Pieces - Jelly Roll
- Label: BMG Records
A Black Friday Record Store Day release from Jelly Roll. This is from 2025. Includes an array of guests such as Halsey, Keith Urban, Ernest, Russ, and Skylar Grey. Tunes includes Born Again, Guilty, Past Yesterday, Take a Bow, and others. Find this in our "Previous RSD Releases" bin in our shop or pull the trigger now online and we'll ship it next biz day. You'll be directed to PayPal and a modest shipping and handling charge will be added.
Time Out of Mind - Bob Dylan
- Label: Columbia Records
Lifetime Grammy winner or did it deserve the "Album of the Year" Grammy? We think both!! Yeah, some will tell you the Grammy's gave Dylan this award as an almost apology for NOT giving in AotY awards at different points in his career, kinda like Scorsesee finally winning for "The Departed". We digress... Bob Dylan with an incredible re-entry into the rock world (post-grunge?) with 1997's "Time Out of Mind". It is possibly one of his best records of his career but at the same time it may not even be his best record of the 1990's!! Okay, that's insane, but we see no lies! Includes Love Sick, Million Miles, Not Dark Yet, Make You Feel My Love, Tryin' to Get to Heaven, and the 18 minute-all of Side 4 version of Highlands. Produced by Daniel Lanois.
Exploding Trees & Airplane Screams - Patterson Hood
- Label: ATO Records
Solo record by Drive-By Truckers co-frontman Patterson Hood! A who's who from the alt-country, indie rock world guest on this that include Katie Crutchfield, Lydia Loveless, Karly Hartsman, MJ Lenderman, Brad Morgan, David Barbe, and even Los Lobos' Steve Berlin, to name a few. One of the premier songwriters of this era, pick up this great 2025 release from PH! Produced by Chris Funk. Speaking of co-frontmen, when is Cooley gonna release another solo record?
Paul's Boutique - Beastie Boys
- Label: Capital
This record could very well be the definition of "Landmark Record". It's the Beastie Boys' second release, "Paul's Boutique". It was released in 1989 and this is the recently released reissue. It's the original gatefold on one record. One of the last records to include rampant sampling before the industry cracked down on this practice. This is included in the Tom Moon book, "1000 Recordings to Hear Before You Die". Produced by the Dust Brothers. Find all the landmark and classic records, new and used, at Rediscover Records.
Balloons Balloons Balloons - Sharp Pins
- Label: Perennial Records
Quite the buzz for this band, finally! Are you looking for modern day jangly guitar pop songs reminiscent of the Kinks, The La's, Matthew Sweet, Hollies, Fountains of Wayne, or dare we say, mid-career era Beatles songs? We may have found the record for you. Hype sticker notes is penned by none other than Robyn Hitchcock. 21 songs spread out over two sides of vinyl. Tunes include Maria Don't, I Don't Have the Heart, Balloon 1, 2, & 3, and others! Recorded by Kai Slater and Hayes Waring.
Getting Killed - Geese
- Label: Partisan Records
If you get spoofed on Saturday Night Live or are a voice on the Simpsons, you know you've made it. Geese can check the box on the first one, SNL. Breakthrough record for this band in 2025! We copied this next bit from our distro, "They balance a disarming tenderness with an intensified anger, trading their love of classic rock for a disdain for music itself."
Wrecking Ball - Bruce Springsteen
- Label: Columbia Records
Solid post-2000's release from Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. After its release a massive world tour ensued that had guests such as Tom Morello and Eddie Vedder. The tour included a string of shows in Australia where the opening song was from a native son or daughter, like Lorde or AC/DC. Includes We Take Care of Our Own, Shackled and Drawn, Death to My Hometown, Wrecking Ball, and finally a studio version of Land of Hope and Dreams, which is good, but honestly the live version from the 1999-00 Tracks tour is superior. On a sad note, this is the last record that Clarence Clemons appeared on.
The Record - Boygenius
- Label: Interscope Records
The first full-length record from Boygenius! This is pretty much common knowledge but if you didn't know, Boygenius is an indie rock supergroup (emphasis on "super" by the way) formed in 2018 by Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus. Limited copies, their records as solo artists tend to go out of print quickly (See Bridgers last release).
Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - The Beatles
- Label: Parlophone 2012 Reissue
This is the relatively recent Giles Martin remaster released in 2017 to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the release of Sgt Pepper in 1967. They've really done a great job on these remasters if you have not heard them. Giles Martin, son of legendary Beatles producer George Martin, took on this project and came out with excellent results. All the songs you know and love and it includes the original insert with the cardboard badges and mustaches. Hype Sticker Alert!! "As You Have Never Heard It Before!" 2022 EDIT: Some prices on New Vinyl/Reissues have kinda gone up. This is the MSRP on this record, not a price we pulled out of our wazoo. To quote Blues Brothers Jake, "It's not my fault!!!!"
Eponymous - REM
- Label: Warner Brothers
A late 1980's best-of to wrap-up the IRS recording years for REM. After this, and with the release of "Green", they were on the major labels and playing with the big boys. Includes several of those great jangly guitar songs that really put the stamp on their sound. Those early records really helped create the indie aesthetic that we still hear to this day. Includes "So. Central Rain", "Don't Go Back to Rockville", "Gardening At Night", "Fall On Me", "Driver 8", "It's the End of the World", and other classics by Berry Buck Mills and Stipe. This is the 2016 reissue on vinyl.
Man On the Moon Vol. 2 - Kid Cudi
- Label: Motown Records
This 2010 Kid Cudi album features the single "Erase Me (Featuring Kanye West)". Also includes Mr Rager, Maniac, Mojo So Dope, and others. Cudi, a native of Cleveland, has sold over 22 millions records worldwide and has garnered two Grammy Awards. Inventory and prices subject to change, especially in this 2026 world we live in!
Operation: mindcrime - Queensryche
- Label: Rhino Records
Record Store Day reissue circa 2022 with the Rhino Records/Friday Music reissue of Queensryche's brilliant "Operation: Mindcrime". A sharp looking gatefold release, hear all these songs again like it's the first time! Price listed is 20% off the original price. A modest shipping and handling charge will be added as you check out with PayPal or find this at the shop.
Kiss All the Time. Disco Occasionally. - Harry Styles
- Label: Columbia Records
Harry Styles returns! Another artist whose name is a sentence, like Tom Waits, but that's where the similarities end. Chock full of fun pop tunes and silly love songs for 2026, and what's wrong with that, I'd like to know. Includes American Girls, Ready Steady Go, Dance No More, Aperture, Season 2 Weight Loss, and others. A two record set packaged in a sweet gatefold record sleeve. Kid Harpoon handles the production duties once again. Stock photo, as of this writing (3/7/26) we do have the indie record store version but eventually those go out of print.
Love Changes Everything - Dirty Three
- Label: Drag City Records
Credit where credit is due, copy and paste from Drag City,
Appropriately disheveled, the Three emerge from the unending waves of time to pick up their guitar drum and viola/violin/piano/synthesizer/loops/percussion for their first album in a decade. Their playing encompasses ALL — from the original fury of their unlikely power trio to an impressionist cinema later on; mercurial, tumultuous to ambient to adagio, mood and emotion drawn up to dazzling heights from the humble human scale.
Singing to an Empty Chair - Ratboys
- Label: New West Records
Indie Record shop version on green vinyl and it is SIGNED by the band!!! The shrink wrap is signed, for what it's worth. So if you do decide to open the record, open it carefully at the edge of the record to preserve the sigs. Preserve the sigs!!!! Inventory subject to change where in due time, we will have the "normal" release and not the signed version. Includes Open Up, Penny in the Lake, What's Right, Burn It Down, Know You Then, and others. Strong candidate for Top Ten lists for 2026! 3-Sides of music with the 4th side a rad etching done by the band!
Flower Boy . . . - Tyler, the Creator
- Label: Columbia Records
Debuting at Number 2 on the Hot Billboard 200 upon its release in 2017 was Tyler, the Creator's Flower Boy. It was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album at the 2018 Grammy Awards. The record's success may have been propelled by four hit singles and features guest appearances by Frank Ocean, Jaden Smith, Anna From the North, and others. Here is your Fun Fact of the record: Blister was written for Justin Beiber and when Beiber never returned his calls, Tyler the Creator kept the song for himself! Hah!
Midnights - Taylor Swift
- Label: Republic Records
Buzzworthy release for 2022 by artist Taylor Swift. Includes Maroon, Question...?, Karma, Sweet Nothing, and others. Pressed to a few different album art variants with different front and back photos. We included two of the front covers with this listing. Supplies limited or cover art subject to change to one standard release. Vinyl was also pressed to different color variants, like Moonstone Blue or Jade Green. Again, inventory subject to change and like other releases, they may go to a standard cover and black vinyl. Please contact us if interested in what versions we have in stock.
NPR Tiny Desk Concert - Mac Miller
- Label: Warner Brothers
Brief but fantastic record from the late great Mac Miller from his NPR's critically acclaimed live music series, The Tiny Desk Concert. Includes 3 songs from "Swimming", Small Worlds, What's the Use, 2009 (with Thundercat), and was recorded just three days after Swimmings initial release.
Veterans of Discorder - Royal Trux
- Label: Drag City Records
Big time influential rock band in the indie/alt circles with a run from 1987 to 2001 and then they reconvened for a few years in 2015. The band was Neil Haggerty and Jennifer Herrema. Kurt Cobain was a fan. This record was originally released in 1999 and this repress is on the Drag City record label. This LP includes Stop, Water Park, Lunch Money, and others. Stop by and get it or order now from our site. We got the cool stuff here!
100 Sound Effects - Fred Armisen

Released on Chicago's Drag City Records.
My Days of 58 - Bill Callahan
- Label: Drag City Records
Excellent 2026 release from the incomparable Bill Callahan. You may know him from his alter-ego Smog or his work with Bonnie Prince Billy and others. Includes West Texas, Empathy, Pathol O.G..., The World Is Still, and others. A sharp looking two record set with a gatefold.
The Romantic - Bruno Mars
- Label: Atlantic Records
The fourth studio album from the global superstar and 16 time Grammy Award-winning artist marks Mars' first solo album release since 2017's 24k Magic and follows chart topping collaborations with Anderson Paak as Silk Sonic, as well as smash hits with Lady Gaga and ROSÉ! Whoa!!! Includes Risk It All, I Just Might, On My Soul, Dance With Me, and others for a total of nine tracks. Early candidate for a "Best of" 2026 album!
Nothing's About to Happen to Me - Mitski
- Label: Dead Oceans Records
Early 2026, or at least in the first quarter of the year, release that we at Rediscover Records are proud to carry. Includes Rules, Lightning, In A Lake, Cats, Dead Women, and others. All songs and vocals are by Mitski.
Oh Mercy - Bob Dylan
- Label: Columbia Records
There are those who will tell you that the 80's weren't exactly Bob Dylan's best decade until he released "Oh Mercy" in 1989. Recorded primarily in New Orleans, this record was produced by Daniel Lanois. Includes Man In the Long Black Coat, Most of the Time, Everything Is Broken, Most of the Time, and others. If you read Bob Dylan's book "Chronicales Vol One", Dylan spends a vast section of the book on the recording of this record and his time in New Orleans. This is the recent 2026 reissue.
III - Death
- Label: Drag City Records
The third release from the band, Death. Death is comprised of the Hackney brothers; David, Bobby, and Dannis. These songs were recorded between 1975 and 1992. This set includes North Street, We Are Only People, Free, Yes He's Coming, We're Gonna Make it (featured in the film A Band Called Death) and other tunes. These tunes were recorded in Detroit at the legendary studios Groovesville and The Room. One of the hardest rockin bands of all time. If harder rockin tunes are in your wheelhouse, you better check this band out. Produced by Death and released on the Chicago label, Drag City Records. Death is still around, check out their Instagram.
Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die - Panic at the Disco
- Label: Fueled By Ramen Records
2013 release and the fourth studio album by Las Vegas combo Panic! at the Disco. At this particular time in the bands arc, they are just a three piece band. Includes Miss Jackson, Girls/Girls/Boy, This is the Gospel, and others. The record was produced by Butch Walker. Debuted at Number 2 on the Billboard Hot 200 charts. In other news, here is a cool little FUN FACT if you're in the sports and music nerd Venn Diagram, Vegas Lights was used for the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights goal song! If shopping at our brick n mortar store, look for this in the "New Vinyl" rack and then look for the "Panic" record divider tab!
The Smiths - The Smiths
- Label: Rough Trade
The self-titled debut from The Smiths, released in February of 1984. Here is where it all started for The Smiths and their hardcore fans. Morissey, Johnny Marr, Andy Rourke, and Mike Joyce are the line-up. One somewhat obscure fact is that Paul Carrack plays keyboards on this record. Most will know Carrack sang lead on one of Squeeze's biggest hits, "Tempted". So there's that. One of the great debut records of all time and often times it ranks as one the greatest albums of all time. This includes "Hand In Glove" and "This Charming Man" to name a couple. You know the rest, Smiths fans.
Let It Be - The Replacements
- Label: Twin Tone (Reissue)
The 1984 release from Minneapolis' own, The Replacements. While the rest of the world was living in a Material World, in the Purple Rain, or Dancing in the Dark (not horrible choices, by any means), there was a small band of fans listening to bands like The Replacements. Some will say this is their best record and they would not be wrong. This reissue contains I Will Dare (in-the-pocket guitar solo by REM's Peter Buck), Unsatisfied, Answering Machine, Androgynous, and in a little poke at MTV and video stars, Seen Your Video. The cover photo was taken on the roof of the Stinson's family home and is now somewhat of a Minneapolis tourist attraction. This album became an influence to many bands who went on to gain fame in the 90's. Count Kurt Cobain, Craig Finn, and Billy Joe Armstrong as fans, to name a few.
Chemtrails Over the Country Club - Lana Del Rey
- Label: Polydor Records
Following the success of her 2019 Grammy-nominated album Norman F***ing Rockwell, Lana Del Rey releases her highly anticipated, seventh studio album. Chemtrails Over The Country Club features eleven songs, including; the title track, as well as, Let Me Love You Like A Woman, White Dress, Yosemite, For Free, and others.
Red Apple Falls - Smog
- Label: Drag City Records
Lovely and lavishly recording by Smog and Bill Callahan, which includes Blood Red Bird, Ex-Con, Finer Days, I Was A Stranger, and others. Borrowing a few words from our friends at the Drag City record label, "Lush instrumentation threads through the material, and the ability to fictionalize places our hero in deeper emotional water."
And Nothing Hurt - Spiritualized
- Label: Fat Possum Records
From the opening lullaby of “A Perfect Miracle” through to the Morse Code fadeout at the close of “Sail on Through,” Spiritualized wrap layer upon layer of gloriously transcendent sound together to create a mesmerizing and cinematic collection of songs. Song titles are listed on the back jacket in Morse Code too.
I See A Darkness - Bonnie "Prince" Billy
- Label: Drag City Records
This 1999 release is, arguably, one of Will Oldham's best releases. It's best to listen in a dark room with the only other sounds, perhaps, a creaky floor and a ticking clock. Vinyl sounds better and this record is no exception. If you are unfamiliar with Bonnie "Prince" Billy, this record is an incredible place to start. There's a darkness on the edge of town and it lurks within this record.
Double Infinity - Big Thief
- Label: 4AD Records
Great 2025 release by Big Thief! Includes the title track as well as Words, Los Angeles, No Fear, Grandmother, Happy With You, and others. One of the better bands in recent years. Check 'em out, if you haven't!
Cruel Country - Wilco
- Label: dbpm Records
The twelve studio record from Wilco is a proper double album of songs, not a single album stretched out over 2 records. These are 21 brand new songs from veteran rockers, Wilco. A return to an earlier installment of Wilco, these songs have a very country feel to them and the title may be a poke at the state of the country in recent years, a cruel country. Lyrics come on perforated postcards (from hell?) and for the time being (supplies limited), we have the indie release on Red & White vinyl(s).
Voyager - Jenny Lewis
- Label: Warner Bros.
The 10th anniversary limited edition of "The Voyager" from Jenny Lewis, ex of Rilo Kelly and of childhood actress fame. 10 years? It is 2025 as of this writing. We had the original release in 2015. Includes "Just One of the Guys", "Head Underwater", and "She's Not Me". Other tunes on this LP, which does include a digital download with purchase, include "Slippery Slopes", "Late Bloomer" and "Love U Forever". Find the best new releases *and* 10 year anniversary records at Rediscover Records!
Portals - Melanie Martinez
- Label: Atlantic Records
The bio from our distro....this an insane amount of streams. We have the vinyl!
With over 12 billion global streams, 4 billion official YouTube views, more than 53 million followers across social media platforms, and 27 million videos posted on socials using her music, Melanie Martinez reemerges with a spellbinding new trailer heralding the arrival of her hugely anticipated new album, PORTALS.
PORTALS marks the 27-year-old NYC-born singer-songwriter-filmmaker’s first full-length release in nearly four years following her 2 billion-streaming, RIAA Gold-certified second album, K-12, which proved a sensation upon its September 2019 release, entering the Billboard 200 at #3 – Martinez’s highest chart placement thus far – with further debuts at #1 on the Alternative album chart, and #1 on the Soundtrack album chart.
On the Mouth - Superchunk
- Label: Merge Records
The 1992 release from Superchunk and this is the content you came here for! Third proper full-length, recorded in LA with greaser / handyman / all-around good guy John Reis of Rocket from the Crypt... The plot thickens, the songs lengthen, contains hits like "The Question is How Fast" and "Precision Auto." One of the great unheralded bands of this era. To those who know, we are preaching to the choir. C'mon, it's The Chunk.
Destroyer - Dan's Boogie
- Label: Merge Records
2025 release from the incomparable band, Destroyer, which really is Dan Bejar as the mastermind behind all of the Destroyer projects. Includes the title track, as well as, Travel Light, Sun Meet Snow, Same Thing As Nothing At All, The Ignoramus of Love, and others. Once you go down the Bejar rabbit hole, you may never come back up.
Live at the Greek Theater - Jimmy Page & The Black Crowes
- Label: Silver Arrow Records
This isn't the the 2 record or 2 CD set that came out several years ago. This is the 25th anniversary edition from 2025. It includes several more songs spread out over 6 records! 36 tunes of Led Zeppelin classics as well as Black Crowes cuts that were not in the original release. It's heavy on "Physical Graffiti" material and the sleeper Black Crowes tune is Wiser Time, which is tremendous. The Crowes are a superb band to accompany Page and Chris Robinson does a great job channeling Robert Plant. Then there's moments when Page goes full-on "Jimmy Page" on some of these tracks, namely Celebration Day, What Is and What Should Never Be, Lemon Song, You Shook Me, Custard Pie, The Inner Light, Misty Mountain Hop, to name a few. There's some well-picked covers by Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac, BB King, Little Walter and others.
Then entire set is fantastic with several great photos on the inner sleeves and a cool poster. The 6th record is all never before released sound check material!! A must-have for any Zeppelin/Page or Black Crowes fan. You need this!
If buying from the site, a $12 shipping & handling fee will be tacked on as you pay from your PayPal. Thanks!!
Positive Songs For Negative People - Frank Turner
