The much-anticipated 2023 from Olivia Rodrigo! This is the regular version on black vinyl, the indie colored vinyl are sold out. Here's a quote from Olivia herself on the making of this record, "For me, this album is about growing pains and about trying to figure out who I am at this point in my life and exactly what I want to say in my songs."

Unplugged In New York - Nirvana

Label: Geffen Records

Back in the early to mid-1990's the "MTV Unplugged" record became to the 90's what the double live record was to the 1970's. Everyone seemed to put one out. They were so ubiquitous to that era that after awhile few seemed to stand out. The Nirvana "Unplugged" record is one that stands out. It includes  quentesential versions of "Heart Shaped Box", "On A Plain" and "All Apologies". There are a series of great covers from David Bowie, The Vaselines, and Leadbelly. Oh, and this great little band from the southwest, the Meat Puppets, also lend a hand to this record. This is a great release, worth every penny (royal tea).

Pretty Hate Machine - Nine Inch Nails

Label: Universal Records

Originally released in 1989, this is Nine Inch Nails debut. They are version reworked from the "Purest Feeling" demos. Includes "Head Like A Hole", "Terrible Lie", and "The Only Time". The record was produced by Trent Reznor with Flood, John Fyer, Keith LeBlanc, and Adrian Sherwood. This is obviously, a reissue and the cover varies from the one pictured.

Swimming - Mac Miller

Label: Warner Brothers

Double vinyl LP pressing. 2018 release, the fifth studio album by rapper Mac Miller. Includes the single "Self Care." Mac has accomplished every goal he ever set for himself. At least that's what the magazines say about the Pittsburgh kid, and they're right enough. With his first album, he became a grassroots rap megastar. With his second he bared his weird soul and was praised for it. 

Rumours - Fleetwood Mac

Label: Warner Brothers (reissue)

A reissue of one of the biggest selling records of all time. Sure you may be able to find this for less than $15 at a record store or thrift store (sometimes even at this record store!) but why not get a brand new sealed reissue/remaster of this stone cold classic? Includes a slew of hits and songs you know so well. Find this in our "New Vinyl/Reissue" section of the shop.

Chemtrails Over the Country Club - Lana Del Rey

Following the success of her 2019 Grammy-nominated album Norman F***ing Rockwell, Lana Del Rey releases her highly anticipated, seventh studio album. Chemtrails Over The Country Club features eleven songs, including; the title track, as well as, Let Me Love You Like A Woman, White Dress, Yosemite, For Free, and others.

Head On the Door - The Cure

1985 release and recent reissue from The Cure! This record includes In Between Days, Close to Me, The Blood, and others. They were arguably at the peak of their powers in this mid-to-late 1980's era. Hot new release from one of the biggest pop stars of this decade, so far. Get the 2025 smash hit from Sabrina Carpenter! A two record set with fancy gatefold cover art.

That Much Further West - Lucero

Label: Liberty & Lament Records

20th anniv reissue of Memphis' own Lucero. They have recently been playing entire album shows and this record has been in rotation (literally!) in a few of the shows - one of them in Baltimore, MD. Maybe you were there! Includes the title track, The Only One, Hate and Jealousy, Sad and Lonely, Coming Home, and others, including a demo of That Much Further West.

Rocket to Russia - Ramones

Label: Sire Records

Rocket to Russia is the third studio album by the American punk rock band The Ramones, and was released on November 4, 1977, through Sire Records. It's origins date back to the summer of 1977, when "Sheena Is a Punk Rocker" was released as a single. That summer was known as the peak of the punk rock genre since many punk bands were offered recording contracts. The album's recording began in August 1977, and the band had a considerably larger budget with Sire allowing them $25,000 and $30,000; much of this money went toward the album's production rather than recording.

Don't Smile At Me - Billie Eilish

Label: Interscope Records

One of the biggest and rising stars of 2019, Billie Eilish burst onto the music scene with this EP on Interscope, though it does contain a couple of previously released singles. You've heard them digitally, why not have them on vinyl? This set includes, Watch, Bellyache, My Boy, and Copy Cat. Eilish collaborates with her brother, Finneas. A young rising star in the industry, Billie Eilish was born in December of 2001.

Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath

Label: Warner Brothers

The stunning debut from Black Sabbath. Consider the year it came out, 1970, and what else was released that year and it seems ahead of it's time not only by metal standards but by rock standards as well. In a word? Menacing. Ozzy may have become a cartoon caricature of himself later in life and this may be the only Ozzy you know. Listen to *this* Ozzy Osbourne. Listen to this record, buy this record, and you will hear a band and a singer at the peak of their powers. As mentioned, this was the debut and their subsequent early 1970's releases are on par with any rock or metal outfit out there. Listen for the first time, hipsters, or replace that worn out copy you've had for years.

Rubber Soul - The Beatles

Label: Parlophone Records

An artist's artist album, especially the UK version with Drive My Car, If I Needed Someone, and Nowhere Man. It's debatable when the Beatles really came into their own as artists, but most would agree it began with "Rubber Soul", but a case could be made by going back one record to "Help". Just to be clear, this is the reissue of this Beatles record. They were all remastered and re-released in November of 2012. They are the Parlophone UK pressings with the song sequence as The Beatles intended them to be released (as opposed to the Capital counterparts overseas)

Igor - Tyler the Creator

Label: Columbia Records

The fifth album from Tyler, the Creator. Released originally in 2019 and made its debut at Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 charts upon its release. Includes the hit single "Earthquake" and includes guest appearances from the likes of Solange, Kanye West, Playboi Carti, CeeLo Green, Charlie Wilson, and others.

After Laughter - Paramore

Label: Fueled By Ramen

2017 release by one of the more enduring bands of this era, Paramore. "After Laughter" is the the bands fifth release and at the time it was their first in four years. Includes Hard Times, 26, Forgiveness, Told You So, Fake Happy, and others. One fun fact of this record is that it was recorded in Nashville's historic RCA Studio B - it was their first recording in their hometown.

Ctrl - SZA

Label: TDE / RCA

That voice. If you've heard it, you already know. If you have not, do a little research or have a little fun and pick up this hip hop record sight unseen, or unheard. One of the better hip hop releases of 2017 this record includes Supermodel, Prom, The Weekend, Love Galore (feat. Travis Scott), Normal Girl, Pretty Little Birds (ft. Isiah Rashad), Doves In the Wind (ft Kendrick Lamar) and others. This set was released on two translucent green records. Looking at the cover art, now you know where all those 90s and 2000s computer monitors went to . . .

Highway 61 Revisited - Bob Dylan

Label: Columbia Records

This record is the middle record of, arguably, the greatest three record run in history (sandwiched between "Bringing It All Back Home" and "Blonde On Blonde"). Worth it just for the 9 plus minutes of "Desolation Row". One of the watershed records in the history of rock music. Featured in the book "1,000 Recordings to Hear Before You Die". Divers - Joanna Newsom

Double album set from Drag City Records recording artist Joanna Newsom "Divers". Sometimes the artist's site has the best capsule for a record much better than we could come up with, so here's Drag City's brief bio on this album, "...further along and down the road apiece from where she took her leave of us, Joanna Newsom plays on. Breathe deep and equalize your today-ears to the new world of Divers...

I See A Darkness - Bonnie "Prince" Billy

Label: Drag City Records

This 1999 release is, arguably, one of Will Oldham's best releases. It's best to listen in a dark room with the only other sounds, perhaps, a creaky floor and a ticking clock. Vinyl sounds better and this record is no exception. If you are unfamiliar with Bonnie "Prince" Billy, this record is an incredible place to start. There's a darkness on the edge of town and it lurks within this record.

Guitar - Mac Demarco

Label: mac's record label

More lo-fi brilliance from Mac Demarco! This 2025 LP from Demarco has some "Ram" era McCartney energy with a little bit of Sparklehorse as there are several moments of pop brilliance on this record. It's not secret Mac is a fan of psychedelic music and this guitar has the tone of Alexander "Skip" Spence's guitar from his brilliant solo record "Oar". Check out that LP if you haven't. It's impossible to find on vinyl but give it a listen digitally.

Double Infinity - Big Thief

Label: 4AD Records

Great 2025 release by Big Thief! Includes the title track as well as Words, Los Angeles, No Fear, Grandmother, Happy With You, and others. One of the better bands in recent years. Check 'em out, if you haven't!

Cruel Country - Wilco

Label: dbpm Records

The twelve studio record from Wilco is a proper double album of songs, not a single album stretched out over 2 records. These are 21 brand new songs from veteran rockers, Wilco. A return to an earlier installment of Wilco, these songs have a very country feel to them and the title may be a poke at the state of the country in recent years, a cruel country. Lyrics come on perforated postcards (from hell?) and for the time being (supplies limited), we have the indie release on Red & White vinyl(s).

30 - Adele

Label: Columbia Records

This is 30. This is 30 at $38.98. The highly anticipated record from the incomparable Adele. The 2 record collection includes My Little Love, Crazy By Nature, Oh My God, Can I Get It, and others. It's her first release since "25" in 2015 when she was 25. 

Darkness On the Edge of Town - Bruce Springsteen

Label: Columbia Records

The 1978 release of Bruce Springsteen's "Darkeness On the Edge of Town" and the tour that ensued are the stuff of rock n roll legend. These songs, that are now staples in his show, were brand new and toured for the first time. It was this tour Springsteen and the E Street Band went from clubs to larger theaters and arenas with shows stretching out over 3 hours. On Darkness gone is the production of Born to Run (think Phil Spector Wall-of-Sound) and what results is a gritty rock record that still holds up today. Includes songs, "Badlands", "The Promised Land", "Darkness", "Candy's Room" "Prove It All Night", among others. This is a recent reissue.

Divide - Ed Sheeran

Label: Asylum

Ed Sheeran is really making a name for himself theses days. He's already immensely popular but recent appearances on Saturday Night Live and inroads into the so-called "cooler fans" of music have brought him to new audiences, fer sure. This LP featues 16 tracks including "Castle On the Hill", "Shape of You", "Perfect", "New Man", "What Do I Know", as well as others. One of our featured 2017 releases, buy it now from our site or find it on our New Vinyl rack against the south wall as you walk in. Low - David Bowie

Label: Parlophone Records

Reissue of the 1977 release by David Bowie. Includes Speed of Life, Breaking Glass, Sound & Vision, Weeping Wall, and others. Recorded primarily in France this was the first of Bowie's releases considered as part of the "Berlin Trilogy" after his move to West Berlin. Also the first of his collaborations with Brian Eno. This is the 45th anniv reissue from 2022

Voyager - Jenny Lewis

Label: Warner Bros.

The 10th anniversary limited edition of "The Voyager" from Jenny Lewis, ex of Rilo Kelly and of childhood actress fame. 10 years? It is 2025 as of this writing. We had the original release in 2015. Includes "Just One of the Guys", "Head Underwater", and "She's Not Me". Other tunes on this LP, which does include a digital download with purchase, include "Slippery Slopes", "Late Bloomer" and "Love U Forever". The 1992 release from Superchunk and this is the content you came here for! Third proper full-length, recorded in LA with greaser / handyman / all-around good guy John Reis of Rocket from the Crypt... The plot thickens, the songs lengthen, contains hits like "The Question is How Fast" and "Precision Auto." One of the great unheralded bands of this era. To those who know, we are preaching to the choir. C'mon, it's The Chunk.

Destroyer - Dan's Boogie

Label: Merge Records

2025 release from the incomparable band, Destroyer, which really is Dan Bejar as the mastermind behind all of the Destroyer projects. Includes the title track, as well as, Travel Light, Sun Meet Snow, Same Thing As Nothing At All, The Ignoramus of Love, and others. Once you go down the Bejar rabbit hole, you may never come back up.

Strums the Blues - Lightning Hopkins

Label: Third Man Records

Excellent reissue from our friends at Third Man Records! Strums the Blues is a compilation that was originally released in 1958 on the Score label. It is a collection of his legendary early Aladdin 78" sides. These songs have been carefully remastered for this release and cut by Warren Defever and Bill Skibbe. The cover art has been reimagined by modern-day folk artist Tim Kerr.

Live at the Greek Theater - Jimmy Page & The Black Crowes

Label: Silver Arrow Records

This isn't the the 2 record or 2 CD set that came out several years ago. This is the 25th anniversary edition from 2025. It includes several more songs spread out over 6 records! 36 tunes of Led Zeppelin classics as well as Black Crowes cuts that were not in the original release. It's heavy on "Physical Graffiti" material and the sleeper Black Crowes tune is Wiser Time, which is tremendous. The Crowes are a superb band to accompany Page and Chris Robinson does a great job channeling Robert Plant. Then there's moments when Page goes full-on "Jimmy Page" on some of these tracks, namely Celebration Day, What Is and What Should Never Be, Lemon Song, You Shook Me, Custard Pie, The Inner Light, Misty Mountain Hop, to name a few. There's some well-picked covers by Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac, BB King, Little Walter and others.

Then entire set is fantastic with several great photos on the inner sleeves and a cool poster. The 6th record is all never before released sound check material!! A must-have for any Zeppelin/Page or Black Crowes fan. You need this!

Positive Songs For Negative People - Frank Turner

Label: Xtra Mile Records

Excellent choice by Record Store Day to release this Deluxe version of Frank Turner's "Positive Songs for Negative People" for the record's 10th anniversary. Includes a remaster of the original record plus an album of demos and bonus material - most of them from the Hamburg Demo Sessions. Among the tunes are The Next Storm, Mittens, Song for Josh, Glorious, and others. Released for RSD 2025 this album is pressed to red and blue vinyl. Limited copies, get yours today!

All Born Screaming - St Vincent

Label: Universal Records (Import)

*Very* Limited red colored vinyl. St. Vincent's first self-produced record, All Born Screaming, is Annie Clark at her most unfiltered. This St Vincent record is an invitation to test the limits of what is possible - and to then keep going. Brought to life with the aid of a highly curated dream lineup of friends - Rachel Eckroth, Josh Freese, Dave Grohl, Mark Guiliana, Cate Le Bon, Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Stella Mogzawa and David Ralicke - the album is an unadulterated expression of St. Vincent's singular vision. This is the suggested retail price being it on the limited presses red vinyl.

Great Impersonator - Halsey

"A Lifelong Performance By Halsey" reads the back of the record jacket. A 2024 release by the eclectic artist, Halsey, this album includes Dog Years, Only Living Girl In LA, Letter to God, Darwinism, and others. A sharp looking gatefold release with awesome liner notes too.

Let It Come Down - Spiritualized

Label: Fat Possum Records

Rad reissue of "Let It All Come Down", the 2001 record, by Spritualized. This is pressed to two-180 gram slabs of vinyl sweetness. Includes On Fire, Do It All Over Again, The Twelve Steps, and others. All songs written and arranged by J. Spaceman (Jason Pierce). Recorded at Air Studios and Abbey Road Studios. A very long list of artists contribute on this LP. Check the back of the album liner notes for the names! Liner notes are cool.

Wild Onion - Twin Peaks

Label: Grand Jury Records

We're excited to be carrying Twin Peaks "Wild Onion"! Released in 2014 on the Grand Jury label, there is no shortage of praise for this rock combo, as you can see in just a couple of the quotes here. Included in this LP is "I Found A New Way", "Mirror of Time", "Sloop Jay D", "Stranger World", "Flavor", "Hold On" and others. Look at the album art font, looks like a wonderful homage to the Beach Boys "Wild Honey". In any event, pick this up today! Includes an MP3 download of the entire record so you can take it on the go.

Blue - Jesus Lizard

2023 Record Store Day release by the Jesus Lizard!! First time reissued on vinyl and also includes the lyrics on the inner sleeve. The incomparable David Yow and Jesus Lizard! Get some! Pressed to a metallic blue vinyl and limited to just 2000 copies.
