Fantastic release from Drag City recording artist Oren Ambarchi. Ambarchi plays "guitars and whatnot" on this sonically lush recording that also includes such luminaries as Jim O'Rourke, Chris Abrams, BJ Cole, Julia Ready, and others. Four tracks that sound like one continuous track over 35 minutes with the song titles labeled as I, II, III, IV. It's part jazz, part avant garde, and has elements of pop music. If you were ever to buy a record sight unseen, or unheard, this may just be that record.
