Lifetime Grammy winner or did it deserve the "Album of the Year" Grammy? We think both!! Yeah, some will tell you the Grammy's gave Dylan this award as an almost apology for NOT giving in AotY awards at different points in his career, kinda like Scorsesee finally winning for "The Departed". We digress... Bob Dylan with an incredible re-entry into the rock world (post-grunge?) with 1997's "Time Out of Mind". It is possibly one of his best records of his career but at the same time it may not even be his best record of the 1990's!! Okay, that's insane, but we see no lies!
